As Benjamin Franklin once argued, a nation that gives up freedom to gain security deserves neither.

For those who are wondering why we have this disclaimer it's simple there are lot's of stupid people in this world {Most people can read the information on a can of poison and know not to eat it but there's always that one who for some unknown reason just don't get it} and there's 100 lawyer's for every single one of them, and we need to protect our self's from them.

We are of need for a serious change here in America, Right now we are at the crossing roads the jumping off point of time of loosing our freedom's under the pretence of terrorism or some special interest group's-wacko public official's-U. N agendas, theory's of public good or public safety.

I know that Eating Fast Food every day is bad for my Health and that if I choose to smoke I might be shorting my life but If I choose to take those risk by smoking and eating fast food 7 - 24 who have I hurt No One but my self.

But then there's the political spin that they have to save you from your self, "You're costing the tax payers in excessive heath care cost because of your lifestyle choice's". I pay for my own health care insurance I'm not on the government's Welfare rolls. {It's the doctor's that are cause of this problem they kill more due to their negligence then gun's, car accident's & drug over dose's combined} but are they protecting us from them "No"

I know I'm way off but I just want to make a point that they never really get to the problem they try to cover it all up with fast talking tactic's smoke screen's quick fixes, but we all know that quick fixes never work you'll be fixing it all again and will paid for it twice in the mean time. That's the secret they don't want to fix anything there's no money in it. The money's not in the cure its in the problem and all of this goes to show there is nothing that these Elective Official's will stop at to keep there Cushy job's with there full coverage Medical - Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan's, Paid Vacation's, Corporate & Government perk's, limos, Air planes at their disposal and don't forget The Fame and some even have 24/7 security personal. I have yet to see one leave office broke, jobless or homeless. Because they are networking - Job hunting on your the Tax Payers Dime. We have all seen them distort the fact's to their liking, lie to your/public's face to keep these job's. How much more of this are we going to take.

I don't want to be in public office I just want some of the simple thing's in life, The Right to be free to decide for my self what is best for me, and go about my life as I desire with out Torment, Persecution, Harassment, and or Discrimination and I know there's got to be a few people like my self still left here in America that feel the same way as I do!

Student Suspended Over Suspected Use of PHP
Topeka, KS - High school sophomore Brett Tyson was suspended today after teachers learned he may be using PHP.

"A teacher overheard him say that he was using PHP, and as part of our Zero-Tolerance policy against drug use, he was immediately suspended. No questions asked," said Principal Clyde Thurlow. "We're not quite sure what PHP is, but we suspect it may be a derivative of PCP, or maybe a new designer drug like GHB."

Parents are frightened by the discovery of this new menace in their children's school, and are demanding the school do something. "We heard that he found out about PHP at school on the internet. There may even be a PHP web ring operating on school grounds," said irate parent Carol Blessing. "School is supposed to be teaching our kids how to read and write. Not about dangerous drugs like PHP."

In response to parental demands the school has reconfigured its internet WatchDog software to block access to all internet sites mentioning PHP. Officials say this should prevent any other students from falling prey like Brett Tyson did. They have also stepped up locker searches and brought in drug sniffing dogs
