HAARP
Experts agree that Chinese earthquake of 5/12/08 was probably caused by HAARP grid located in the United States and operated by the CIA. Witnesses say 30 minutes before the earthquake they could see lights in the sky above the epicenter, similar to aurora borealis, which is exactly how the use of HAARP manifests itself.
